Name and email address (required to create an account and login).

User Content

Flashcards, study notes, and voice recordings you create.

Progress Data

Scores, streaks, session history, and onboarding answers.

Device Data

Device type, OS version, crash logs, and IP address (automatically collected).

Subscription Data

Subscription status, purchase history, managed by Apple App Store / RevenueCat.

Analytics (if enabled)

Anonymized app usage patterns (screens visited, feature taps).

How We Use Information

• Provide core app features (flashcards, drills, voice challenges).
• Manage subscriptions and purchases.
• Personalize study experience (progress tracking, reminders).
• Maintain security and prevent misuse.
• Improve app performance and fix issues.

Sharing of Information

We only share information with trusted service providers:

• Supabase – account login & database storage.
• RevenueCat & Apple App Store – subscription/payment handling.
• OpenAI – processes text/voice input for AI features.
• Analytics tools (if enabled) – track general app usage.

Data Retention

We keep data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be deleted within a reasonable time unless required by law.

• Request access or deletion of your data.
• Cancel your subscription in App Store settings.

Children's Privacy

StudyVerse is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we've collected data from children under 13, we'll delete it promptly.
