📋 License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StudyVerse.
🚫 What You Cannot Do
You may not:
- Distribute the app to others
- Resell or commercialize the app
- Reverse-engineer the app code
- Modify or create derivative works
- Remove or alter copyright notices
License Scope
This EULA grants you the right to:
- Install: Download and install StudyVerse on your device
- Use: Access and use the app for personal study purposes
- Update: Receive app updates and improvements
- Support: Access customer support services
Ownership Rights
All rights not expressly granted remain with StudyVerse (Kortez Johnson), including:
- Intellectual property rights
- Source code and algorithms
- App design and user interface
- StudyVerse branding and trademarks
Termination
This license may be terminated if you:
- Violate any terms of this EULA
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent app security
- Share your account with unauthorized users
Important: Violation of this EULA may result in termination of access to StudyVerse.
Updates and Modifications
StudyVerse may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Texas, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
